By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Our Products

HFJIAJIAO offers a changing selection of outdoor and indoor goods. Our range centres on outdoor living, including garden and yard accessories such as garden stakes, wind spinners, solar lanterns, bird feeders, garden flags, planters and urns, and rain gauges; porch and patio pieces such as welcome signs, door hangers, doormats, outdoor cushions, wind chimes, and hanging lanterns; and picnic, camping, and travel helpers such as picnic blankets, folding tables, camp lanterns, cooler accessories, and travel organisers. Alongside these, we offer a smaller set of indoor goods, including storage baskets, small lamps and night lights, kitchen helpers, tabletop accents, and wall hooks.

Available products, designs, materials, colours, dimensions, package contents, and options may change according to inventory, season, customer interest, and supplier availability. Some products may be personalised, customised, or made to order where expressly stated on the applicable listing. This does not mean that every product is made to order.

Where applicable, colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting, or screen settings; small differences in texture, grain, pattern placement, finish, or dimensions may occur; measurements may be subject to reasonable production tolerances; and items in the same order may be shipped separately.

Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, package contents, available options, and care or usage instructions before placing an order.

4. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, dimensions, materials, and availability accurately. Product availability is not guaranteed, however, and we may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

Accessories, styling items, props, or additional pieces shown in product photographs are included only when specifically identified as part of the product. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and offer an available alternative, or cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts are displayed during checkout where available. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage charges imposed after shipment may not be included at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we generally do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment, subject to applicable law.

We may reasonably reject, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability; pricing, description, or inventory errors; payment or authorisation problems; suspected fraud or unauthorised activity; delivery restrictions; duplicate or unusually large orders; suspected unauthorised resale; or other legitimate legal or operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at service@hfjiajiao.com. Please include your order number and clearly describe the requested change.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered processing, production, or shipment, however, we cannot guarantee that it can still be changed or cancelled. Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products may enter preparation or production shortly after confirmation, so please review your selections, quantities, personalisation details, billing information, and delivery information before submitting an order.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time and transit time are separate. Fulfilment locations and carriers may vary depending on product availability, destination, and operational requirements.

Estimated transit times are: the United States, 7–20 business days; Canada, 10–30 business days; and Mexico, 20–30 business days.

Including standard processing time, approximate total delivery periods are: the United States, 9–27 business days; Canada, 12–37 business days; and Mexico, 22–37 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may cause delays. Additional shipping conditions, rates, tracking procedures, customs information, and rules concerning refused or undeliverable parcels are provided in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Product Issues

Eligible products may be returned by requesting authorisation within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns and Cancellation Policy and our Refund Policy.

For a change-of-heart return, a product must generally be unused, unaltered, not assembled in a way that prevents resale, and returned with its original packaging, hardware, fittings, and accessories, together with proof of purchase where reasonably possible. Items that have been driven into the ground, fixed to a wall or fence, or cut to size are treated as not returnable, because they can no longer be resold.

Personalised, customised, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for a change-of-heart return. This restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

HFJIAJIAO does not impose a restocking charge. For an approved change-of-heart return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos. After review, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include sending a missing item, providing a replacement, arranging an exchange, or issuing a refund for the affected product. If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error or our fulfilment partner’s error, we will cover authorised replacement or return shipping costs.

Do not return a product without prior authorisation. The appropriate return location may vary depending on the product, order, and customer location. If a return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return address and instructions by email. Our registered business address is not the default product return address.

10. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or activity. We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account to prevent fraud, security threats, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, videos, software, and page layouts are owned by or licensed to us. You may access and use website content only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial shopping purposes.

For customers residing in the United States, any mandatory consumer protection measures required by the laws of their states remain unaffected, and the same principle applies to the mandatory protections available to customers in Canada and Mexico.
